Scenario
KJ and Dan are having a hard time getting along. After years of strained relationships, the couple head to a friend’s cabin for the weekend to rekindle their romance… only to find a dying, but not quite dead, mouse trapped in a glue trap. They disagree on how to proceed, with KJ advocating for a quick death and Dan suggesting that the mouse’s final moments be as pleasant as possible. The couple compromise and move on, slowly finding their way to each other in this idyllic setting. Unfortunately, their peace is shattered by the arrival of a little woman who can only be charitably described as “eccentric” – she’s their landlord’s younger sister and had no idea anyone would be staying at the family cabin. No problem if she breaks down, right? As the couple tries to juggle this obstacle and the already tense dynamic, KJ and Dan begin to worry that this unpleasant third wheel may pose more of a threat than their relationship…
