In a mysterious and surreal in-between somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in surprising and mysterious ways. College students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and try to recover it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads an increasingly confused group of tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historical sites. Matthew leaves his meaningless job at a government office in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time, and personal identities blur, intertwine, and echo in a surreal comedy of misdirection.
