Abi Ayida

Mr Ayida holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from University of Minnesota, USA and a Masters Degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University, USA. He has extensive experience in investment banking, insurance, retail and manufacturing industries in the UK, USA and Nigeria. He has 24 years experience as a Non-Executive Director and has developed an expertise in corporate governance. He is the Chairman of Berger Paints Nigeria PLC. He is also the Managing Partner of Ilare Properties Limited, owners, developers and managers of luxury retail shopping malls. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and member of the Guardian Newspapers Editorial Board.
